Russell Davies, Managing Director
With over 30 years in FMCG and P&C retail, Russell leads VDMS with deep experience in category management, operations, and retail transformation. His background includes senior roles at Mobil and 7-Eleven, where he managed high-value portfolios and large-scale compliance projects. Today, Russell drives the strategic direction of VDMS, ensuring our solutions are built for real retail challenges.
Dean Spencer, Director of Operations
Dean brings more than 25 years of FMCG and retail operations experience, including senior roles at ExxonMobil, Lion, and 7-Eleven. He also ran a successful omni-channel retail business, giving him unique insight into both corporate and small business environments. At VDMS, Dean oversees operations and customer delivery across Australia and New Zealand.
Marcin Sienicki, Solutions Architect
Marcin is the technical architect behind our bespoke systems. With a deep understanding of digital platforms and vending integration, he translates retail requirements into practical, high-performing tech solutions — ensuring our clients get systems that are robust, secure, and future-ready.
Tim Moy, Service & Production Manager
Tim manages the national deployment of VDMS systems, overseeing all production, logistics, and technical servicing. With a detail-focused approach and years of hands-on experience, he ensures every machine is installed, supported, and maintained to the highest standard.
Adrian Paul, Media & IT Support Coordinator
Adrian brings hands-on experience across IT support, production management, and digital systems. With a background in both enterprise tech (including Deloitte Poland and Think Technology Australia) and practical hardware servicing at VDMS, he now leads our media and IT support efforts. Adrian ensures smooth tech integration, system diagnostics, and on-site media functionality — making sure our platforms perform exactly as our customers need.
